2 Forklift Operators / Yard Operatives – Cork

Sherlock Recruitment is seeking 2 experienced Forklift Operators / Yard Operatives for a long-term position with a scaffolding company in Cork.

Job Details:

  • Start: ASAP

  • Duration: Approximately 2 years

  • Parking: Available on site

Requirements:

  • Valid forklift licence and practical experience

  • Manual Handling certificate

  • Experience with scaffolding equipment or construction materials is an advantage

  • Good awareness of health and safety

  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team

Duties:

  • Loading and unloading deliveries and customer collections

  • Moving, sorting and organising scaffolding materials

  • Checking returned equipment and preparing orders

  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe yard

  • Assisting with general yard duties and stock checks
