Job Description

Sherlock Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Duct Fitters for an exciting project on a large pharmaceutical site Limerick. 

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile pharmaceutical project with an established mechanical contractor, offering competitive rates and long-term work.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of mechanical ductwork systems
• Installation and assembly of ducting, fittings, and associated components
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling ductwork
• Installation of supports, brackets, and associated mechanical systems
• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a multidisciplinary site team
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Duct Fitter
• Previous experience on pharmaceutical, industrial, or commercial projects preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
