We are seeking an enthusiastic Electrical General Operative to join our team in Midleton, Cork. As an Electrical GO, you will play a crucial role in assisting with electrical installations and maintenance across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Support electricians in a variety of tasks on-site
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle and maintain tools and equipment used in electrical work
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an electrical general operative or similar role
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of health and safety protocols
• Relevant certification or training in electrical work is a plus

Day-to-Day

• Collaborating with electricians and other team members on various electrical projects
• Assisting with installations, wiring, and electrical repairs
• Ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintaining tools and equipment used in electrical work
• Communicating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
