Sherlock Recruitment are currently looking for a Caretaker to join a school in Athlone.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hands-on individual looking for a full-time, permanent position with regular Monday–Friday hours.

Job Details

  • Position: Caretaker
  • Location: Athlone

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm

Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for general upkeep and maintenance around the school, including:

  • Landscaping and grounds maintenance
  • Cleaning
  • Painting
  • General caretaking duties
  • Keeping the school grounds and facilities clean, safe and well maintained

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a caretaking, maintenance, landscaping or similar role
  • Safe Pass
  • Manual Handling
  • Practical and hands-on approach
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
