Job Description
Sherlock Recruitment are looking for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of our Client, a leading Contractor, based in Co. Kildare.
The ideal candidate will have min 5 years site manager experience, ideally from a carpentry background.
You will be responsible for overseeing day to day activities onsite and ensuring Health and Safety is priority onsite at all times.

Requirements

5 years + experience in site management

Preferably a trade background (carpentry)

Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills

Good IT Skills
Role and Responsibilities
-
Report directly to the Contracts Manager.

Responsible for the day to day running of the site.
-
Ensuring health and safety is a priority at all times.

Management of trades, operatives and sub contractors.
-
Document relevant information daily and weekly.
-
Ordering and Management of Materials.
-
Setting out experience.
-
Ability to read drawings & details to ensure all works are completed in compliance.
